The essentials before you start.
Talpo is designed to support a Salesforce project from discovery and planning through implementation and ongoing support. It helps turn client conversations and project context into clear requirements, decisions, and next steps.
That’s the goal: bring relevant information from your existing tools into the project, without making your team recreate it elsewhere. We’ll list the integrations available as they’re released.
Agents can organize information, identify gaps, propose solutions, and prepare work. Consultants review the recommendations and approve consequential actions; clients remain involved in decisions about their business needs and the solution they want.
The platform is designed to lay out the options and the tradeoffs behind each one, including likely effort, dependencies, risks, and expected impact. The consultant checks those estimates and makes the recommendation with the client.
It’s especially relevant when a project involves several people, many decisions, or a Salesforce setup that is hard to understand quickly. That includes new implementations and ongoing work on existing environments. Solo consultants may also benefit when they manage several clients and need a reliable project memory.

A custom object’s name rarely explains what it means to the business. Useful AI needs to understand the decisions and working habits behind the configuration.

AI Agents in Salesforce Still Need a Human Decision Maker
Agents can prepare options and handle routine work. Consultants bring judgment to the moments that matter: choosing an approach, handling exceptions, and approving changes.

How Salesforce Teams Keep Consultants, Clients, and Agents Aligned
Each person holds part of the project’s knowledge. Shared context helps the team make decisions together without repeatedly reconstructing what everyone meant.

The Hidden Cost of Lost Context in Salesforce Projects
A requirement starts in a workshop, changes in an email, and arrives as an incomplete ticket. How do you carry the original intent all the way to implementation?
